There’s a very clear reason why athletes have trainers.
It’s not because they need someone to show them how to throw a ball, or run. They can do that on their own.
Athletes have a coach primarily for the accountability a coach provides, as well as how they push them beyond where they might go if they were working on their own.
I had a man contact me recently who wasn’t a client yet, but I knew we would be a good fit to work together. I knew we would be a good fit because of what he said in our exploratory session.
If I wanted to get in shape or lose weight, I would hire a personal trainer, and this is no different. I want a specialist in the area of relationships so that I can move forward and never make the same mistakes again. I’ve been doing it my way and it hasn’t been working. I am not seeing any changes.
He knew what he needed.
He knew he couldn’t become the man he wanted to be on his own. He knew he could not decide what to do next or how to do it (otherwise he would have done it by now).
He needed a coach, and he trusted me to train him.
If you’re struggling in your relationships, feeling stuck or alone, without knowing how to move forward or what to do next, I can provide you the support and accountability you need, as well as guide you through the physical, emotional or mental places you likely wouldn’t travel to on your own.
I promise that in a matter of weeks, you will end up in a very different place than you are right now in your most important, most intimate relationships.
